Jon Johnson
Jon Johnson formed Johnson and Associates in 1995, which became Johnson & Blanton in 2005. Jon's lobbying and political consulting experience includes diverse areas such as: healthcare, managed care, worker's compensation, professional regulation, insurance, telecommunications, utilities and criminal justice.
After his government service, Jon coordinated state agency relations and lobbying as the director of government relations for the Florida Medical Association, assisting the association in developing Political Action Committee campaign strategies and grassroots programs.

Travis Blanton
​Travis joined Johnson and Associates in 2002, which became Johnson & Blanton in 2005. His extensive experience in Florida government includes serving as the chief of staff for the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), which is responsible for administering Florida's $20 billion Medicaid program and regulating more than 19,000 health care facilities throughout the state.

Cheryl Adams
Cheryl joined Johnson & Blanton in 2007 as executive assistant and office manager. She is affectionately referred to as ‘The Hub’ for her ability to ensure all activities of the firm run smoothly and effectively. Cheryl wears many hats; office operations, events coordination, and TeamJB logistics are all aspects of her work at Johnson & Blanton.

Darrick D. McGhee, Sr.
Mr. Darrick D. McGhee, Sr. is an anomaly. He is a Lobbyist and a Pastor.

He is an active registered lobbyist, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Johnson & Blanton, LLC. He has nearly 25 years of experience in state government and politics. Prior to his current role, he was the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Executive Office of Governor Rick Scott. In this capacity, he was responsible for advocating and securing passage of the Governor's legislative priorities. He ensured the proper and legal administration of the Governor's legislative role throughout the legislative process and provided counsel and support to the Governor and other staff members with regard to legislative and executive issues. In this role, Darrick also oversaw the Legislative Affairs Directors for each of the executive agencies.

MARNIE GEORGE
Marnie is a government affairs professional with more than 30 years of experience in Florida, including lobbying the Florida legislature, state agencies, the Florida cabinet and executive branch on behalf of state and national organizations. She has experience working with the legislative process and holds a reputation for honesty and integrity with the many bipartisan relationships with staff and elected officials on numerous issues that she has developed.
